Legal requirements

The legal requirements are derived from the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG), in particular § 14 in conjunction with § 3 (1) BFSG with reference to the Ordinance on the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG).

Our online shop/website is designed to be accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA to ensure that our offering is accessible to all people. The measures include:

  • Content that appears on focus or hover is easy to control and does not disappear unintentionally.

4. Usability

  • All functions can be used entirely with the keyboard – without time pressure.
  • Keyboard navigation is consistent and logical.
  • Character-based keyboard shortcuts can be disabled or customized.

5. Sufficient time

Time-limited content offers options for deactivation, extension, or adjustment—unless the limitation is necessary for technical or content reasons (e.g., for live events).

6. No triggers for seizures

Our site does not contain any flashing or flickering content with a frequency of more than three times per second.

7. Navigability

  • Recurring content such as navigation elements can be skipped.
  • Keyboard navigation follows a logical order.
  • The purpose of links, headings, and labels is clearly recognizable.

8. Input methods

  • Functions can be used without gestures, movement, or special devices.
  • Users can undo or confirm actions to avoid incorrect entries.

  • Deviating language sections are marked accordingly.

10. Predictability

  • Our website does not trigger any unexpected changes (e.g., page changes after form actions).
  • Recurring elements behave consistently in appearance and function.

11. Input assistance

12. Technical robustness
